hi all! my name is Liv and it’s such a pleasure having you on my site. each piece is handmade by me from recycled fabric that i find mostly at thrift stores, with an emphasis on natural fibers. since i was in high school i have had a passion for sewing, and this passion grew and evolved while working at a sewing shop in college as i was pursuing a degree in sustainability. it was at this shop where i learned the benefit of hemming, altering, and patching clothes to extend their lives, as well as reworking existing material into something new. my goal with sheets in the wind is to bring new life to discarded fibers. these pieces are designed for comfort, style, & to support movement. i hope you enjoy <3
